PURPOSE:
To advance the cause of Shrinedom in the Oasis, Desert and Domain.
To advance the cause of Education through the Roscoe C.Washington Scholarship Program.
OBJECTIVES:
To promote programs and activities for the betterment of Prince Hall Shrinedom that are in Harmony with the Imperial Council and Temples.
To unite fellow Nobles in a bond of fraternal brotherhood.
To create an environment for the interchange of ideas and distribution of information relating to Shrine issues and the growth in Shrine membership.
To provide incentive and strength to the irrespective temples physically, morally, and financially.
To work diligently in the Imperial Legion of Honor program.
